Dig out side path equalling 16m² to a depth of 200mm and muck away.
Take up resin and tarmac from existing driveway and muck away.
Dig out grass extension area equalling 35m² up to a depth of 400mm and muck away.
Supply and lay up to 185mm of type 1 crushed concrete and consolidate.
Supply and install 44 linear meters of stretcher course block pave edging to the boundary, but not including against the house.
Form 2 small steps using the same blocks as the edging.
Supply and lay 70mm of 14mm open base course macadam.
Supply and lay 20mm of resin bound wearing course (aggregate to be decided) to the total area, including the steps.
