TTS Surfacing Limited created a new carpark and path at this school in South Croydon, Surrey.

New carpark = 146m²

Dig out extended area equalling 101m², up to 400mm, finishing 275mm below finish level and muck away.
Break out existing tarmac surface, including kerbs ,equalling 45m² and muck away.
Supply and lay 35 linear meters of new HB2 full kerbs, including 2x Corner kerbs.
Supply and lay 3 linear meters of flat top concrete edgings.
Supply and lay 175mm of type 1 MOT to the excavated area and consolidate.
Supply and lay 60mm of 20mm base course macadam and 40mm of 10mm SMA wearing course macadam to the total area.
Supply and apply thermoplastic lining: 26m² yellow cross hatching with KITCHENS, DELIVERY’S ONLY wording, 18m² yellow Cross hatching, 24x white parking bays, 1x disabled parking bay with wheelchair sign in yellow and 1x pedestrian crossing in white.

Either side of entrance to playing field = 56m²

Dig out the field side equalling 40m² up to 400mm and muck away.
Key out the carpark side, to allow for the new surface.
Supply and lay 34 linear meters of flat top concrete edgings.
Supply and install 4 linear meters of heavy duty ACO channels, connected into a new 4 crate soakaway, to be positioned in the grass.
Supply and lay 175mm of type 1 MOT to the excavated area and consolidate.
Supply and lay 60mm of 20mm base course macadam to the same area.
Supply and lay 30mm of 6mm SMA wearing course macadam to the total area.

School field green path = 182m² Widen the path to 2.6m

Dig out area to a depth of 250mm and muck away.
Supply and lay 139 linear meters of flat top concrete edgings.
Supply and install a geotextile membrane.
Supply and lay 170mm of type 1 MOT and consolidate.
Supply and lay 50mm of 20mm base course macadam and 30mm of 6mm green wearing course macadam.

Field soakaway

Excavate for and supply and install, a new 300mm x 300mm gully, including pot, connected into a new 8 crate soakaway.
