TTS Surfacing Limited carried out a Tarmac and Block Paved Roadway in Dorking, Surrey.

 

Block paving = 51m²

Lift existing block paving, clean and relay on a new sharp sand bed.
Lay to a new line, 15 linear meters of existing blocks on a concrete bed.

 

Concrete apron = 12m²

Supply and lay 100mm of c30 concrete with reinforced mesh.

 

Tarmac hard standing = 90m²

Dig out area to a depth of 75mm and muck away.
Supply and lay 50mm of 20mm base course macadam and 30mm of 6mm SMA wearing course macadam.
Overlay existing tarmac surface with 50mm of 6mm SMA wearing course macadam, including any regulating.

 

Strip against wall = 9m²

Supply and 50mm of 20mm base course macadam.

 

Triangle into gateway = 88m²

Regulate an average of 40mm of 6mm SMA wearing course macadam to make a level surface.
Supply and lay 30mm of 6mm SMA wearing course macadam.

 

Through side gate = 36m²

Supply and lay 50mm of 20mm base course macadam and 30mm of 6mm SMA wearing course macadam.
