Garage area to the road outside = 394m²
Dig out area up to 140mm and not less than 90mm to reduce levels to help with drainage and muck away.
Supply and lay 25LM of bullnosed edgings, 4LM to the left of the garages where the tarmac joins the shingle, 9LM to the right side of the garages under the tree and 12LM around the Laurel bushes.
Supply and install 33LM of heavy duty ACO channels, connected into the existing soak away.
Supply and install 1 new heavy duty 600mm x 600mm manhole cover.
Supply and lay 50mm of 20mm base course macadam.
Supply and lay 40mm of 10mm SMA wearing course to the total area.
Shingle ‐ Rear drive and courtyard = 550m²
Take off existing tarmac surface and muck away.
Supply and lay road plainings into the seriously low area in the courtyard and consolidate using a 120 vibrating roller.
Re‐grade sub base, adding necessary amounts of type 1 mot to take out any low areas and consolidate using a 120 vibrating roller.
Supply and lay 40mm of 20mm crushed shingle.
Lawn side edgings = 101LM
Break out existing edging and muck away.
Supply and lay new concrete bullnosed edgings on a concrete bed.
Property side edgings = 60LM
Break out existing edgings and muck away.
Supply and lay new concrete bullnosed edgings on a concrete bed.
Concrete forecourts = 209m²
Dig out existing concrete surface to a depth of 250mm and muck away.
Supply and lay 125mm of type 1 crushed concrete and consolidate.
Supply and install 19LM of standard ACO channels, connected into the existing drainage.
Supply and lay 125mm of C30 concrete with a trowled finish, using anti crack mesh.
Concrete Pad = 16m²
Dig out 300mm and muck away.
Supply and lay 150mm of type 1 crushed concrete and consolidate.
Construct a timber frame.
Supply and lay 150mm of reinforced concrete.
Shed base = 14m²
Dig out area to a depth of 300mm and muck away.
Supply and lay 150mm of type 1 crushed concrete and consolidate.
