Gate entrance tarmac = 42m²

Dig out area to a depth of 230mm and muck away.
Move 2no. existing raker kerbs and supply and lay 2no. bullnose road kerbs, making the entrance slightly wider.
Supply and lay 20 linear meters of flat top concrete edgings to the boundary.
Supply and lay 150mm of type 1 crushed concrete and consolidate.
Supply and lay 50mm of 20mm base course macadam and 30mm of 6mm SMA wearing course macadam.

 

Road = 475m²

Dig out area to a depth of 100mm and muck away.
Supply and lay a geotextile membrane.
Supply and lay 100mm of road planings with heavy compaction, using a double drum vibrating roller.
