TTS Surfacing Limited carried out some Tarmac Pathways and Block Paved road in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

 

Areas 1 & 2

Plane of wearing course and lay new 52m x 2m, prior to resurfacing excavate areas of weed penetrations circa 2m².
Treat footpath edge to remove moss growth 22m.

 

Areas 3 & 4

Plane of wearing course and lay new 10m x 2m, prior to resurfacing excavate areas of weed penetrations circa 1m² and check base course for linear cracking.
Channel tie in is causing some minor ponding and the level is high for the access to plot 1 garage, kerb sets appear high so reset and surface driveway.

 

Points 1-4

Sunken paving and damaged kerb, reset/replace kerb and make good footpath, raise block paving area approximately 4m2 from kerb line towards centre of road up to setts.
Block paving around Catch pit manhole in estate road, lift blocks, re sand and relay blocks.
Top soil settlement around inspection chamber adjacent to plot 1.
Settled and broken water meter enclosure by Plot 7, break out replace and surface around.
