Break out existing tarmac surface and muck away.
Hand dig subbase to a depth of 200mm.
Supply and install 21 linear meters x 75mm ducting with a pull rope, with a 90 degree return on each end.
Back fill the type 1 mot and consolidate.
Supply and lay 50mm of 20mm base course macadam and 30mm of 6mm SMA wearing course macadam.

 

Soil area = 5m²

Hand dig to a depth of 200mm and muck away.
Supply and lay 120mm of type 1 mot and consolidate.
Supply and lay 50mm of 20mm base course macadam and 30mm of 6mm SMA wearing course macadam.

 

Around fence tarmac = 6m²

Break out existing tarmac surface and muck away.
Supply and lay 50mm of 20mm base course macadam and 30mm of 6mm SMA wearing course macadam.
Seal all joints with hot jointing tar.

 

Pathway = 192m²

Dig out new area equalling 106m² to a depth of 225mm and muck away.
Supply and lay 72LM of flat top concrete path edgings.
Key out and prepare existing area for new surface.
Supply and lay 150mm of type 1 MOT and consolidate.
Supply and lay 50mm of 20mm base course to area equalling 106m².
Supply and lay 25mm of 6mm wearing course to the total area.

 

Path Edgings = 35LM

Break out existing timber edging and replace with flat top concrete path edgings.

 

Triangle Area = 8m²

Dig out new area equalling 8m² to a depth of 225mm and muck away.
Supply and lay 150mm of type 1 MOT and consolidate.
Supply and lay 50mm of 20mm base course.
Supply and lay 25mm of 6mm wearing course.
